How you may use Maharaj, how we handle your data and what happens when service ends.

The agreement
By signing up for Maharaj, you agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and restaurant regulations in your jurisdiction, including GST and other tax rules where relevant.
Your data is yours
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Maharaj: your menu, orders, customers and reports. We act as a custodian on your behalf.
Uptime and support
We target 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance. Enterprise plans include named support and priority response.
Termination
You can cancel at any time. On cancellation we provide a full data export within 30 days, then permanently delete your operational data.
